With regard to dead Iraqi civilians, Bush’s numbers depend on whether you count only the ones that U.S. forces have killed directly or all those who would have been alive had Bush not invaded their country. In either case, Bush’s real opponent in this part of the global murder competition is Saddam, so George probably has a ways to go yet, though it’s hard to get an accurate count, and Bush maybe actually be ahead in the women and infants category.
